The Seattle Mariners are actively shopping their right fielder before Wednesday's non-tender deadline. According to a report from Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune, Mark Trumbo is 'being shopped hard' by the Seattle Mariners prior to Wednesday's deadline to tender arbitration-eligible players. Trumbo's estimated worth in his final arbitration year is projected to be $9.1 million.
It's rather comical to see Jerry Dipoto get stuck with Mark Tumbo once again after swindling the Arizona Diamondbacks in the three team trade that brought the Los Angeles Angels Hector Santiago and Tyler Skaggs. Dipoto is an active GM.  We'll see if he can have the kind of success in Seattle that he did in Los Angeles.
