Despite trade speculation throughout the 2015 season, Milwaukee will be bringing back Adam Lind next year. The Milwaukee Brewers have exercised their team option for 2016 on first baseman Adam Lind, the team announced today: Lind will make $8 million next season on what will be the final of three team options in the contract he signed with Toronto prior to the 2010 season. He made $7.5 million in 2015, his first season with the Brewers. In 2015, Lind hit .277/.360/.460 with 20 home runs in 149 games, posting a career-high 3.1 WAR, according to Baseball-Reference. He has hit at least 20 home runs in every season in which he has played 100 games or more
